Pumpkin Pie Ingredients
 – 2 Club Discs

– 1 Medium Squash 

– 1/2 White Onion

-1/2 Red Onion

-1/2 Orange Pepper

-3 Eggs

-4 Slices of Grated Cheese

-Salt

-Pepper 

 

Steps
 1. Cut the pumpkin and place them in a dish lined with paper and butter and take them to the oven. they take about 20 minutes or until they are soft. once done puree until it’s a little thicker than a juice.

2. Cut the onions in julienne and boil
 3. Mix the onions and red pepper with 3 tablespoons grated cheese and 2 eggs and salt pepper to taste

4. Add the pureed squash and mix
 5. Turn the vegetable over medium heat and place in pan or pizza pan with barely some oil so that it does not stick, a pascealina lid (dough)

6. Place the filling and on top the other lid, make the border and prick the lid with a fork so that it does not inflate, and take to the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.

7. Ready to serve!
